  • 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Experience the first half of the Accelerator Execution Learning Day: Jeni Clift, your EO Accelerator Trainer, will facilitate a workshop for you to enhance your business processes towards achieving peak profitability, address your weakest Rockefeller Habits, and establish a robust communication rhythm including regular meetings and strategic planning sessions. She will guide you in assessing your adherence to annual and quarterly priorities, the effectiveness of your KPI dashboard for weekly profitability insights, and the strategic direction of your pricing to increase either profits or market share.

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Enjoy a catered lunch while networking and sharing insights with existing EO Accelerator participants.

  • 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Unlock the Secrets of the EO Accelerator Program: Existing Accelerator participants will continue the learning day while Anthony Lam of EO Melbourne, will provide you with a detailed presentation to understand how the EO Accelerator Program can help you scale your business to over $1M.

Jeni is a Professional EOS Implementer and a transformational coach specialising in business, leadership and personal development.

As one of a handful of female leaders in the IT industry, Jeni is known for her ability to get the absolute best out of business owners and their staff.

Her aim as a coach is to work with company owners, and their leadership team, who want to become outstanding leaders in their chosen fields.

Prior to starting her business DWM Solutions, she worked with a range of high-profile corporates, including KPMG, Morgan & Banks and NAB. Her breadth of experience provides an intimate understanding of successful business environments.

ANTHONY LAM

Anthony Lam is the founder and managing director of Punchy Digital Media – Australia’s leading creative video agency! He is responsible for strategy, marketing and hiring key team members at Punchy! 

He started the agency whilst at university studying a Bachelor of Commerce and Law at Monash University, Melbourne. Feeling frustrated about the way content was being communicated online he knew there had to be a better way for online viewers! 

Now, almost 10 years later with significant experience across government, public and private sectors, Anthony has produced in excess of an astonishing 1200 videos since inception.

Can anyone join THE EO ACCELERATOR PROGRAM?

No, the EO Accelerator Program is only available to qualifying entrepreneurs.

EO Accelerator Qualification Requirements

The EO Accelerator Program is designed for entrepreneurs who turnover a minimum of US$250,000 annually in their business, up to US$1 million in their business. Through this program, we will provide you with the tools you need to accelerate the growth of your business.

To qualify for the Accelerator program, you must:

  • Be the owner or founder of an operating business with gross yearly revenues between US$250,000 to US$1 million.

  • Be looking to rapidly grow your business to over US$1M and join EO within 3 years.

This invitation-only event is exclusively for leading entrepreneurs in Melbourne who:

  1. Meet either the EO Accelerator Qualification Requirement
    AND
