Who They Are
The Coaching Room is a human-centric transformation company specialising in executive coaching, leadership development, NLP training and coach development. For more than two decades, TCR has worked with leaders, teams and high performers in environments where pressure is constant and performance matters, from business and boardrooms to elite sport, aviation and national defence.
TCR's work goes beyond teaching leadership techniques. The team works beneath behaviour, helping people recognise the beliefs, meaning and habitual patterns shaping how they think, communicate, decide and respond. The aim is not to tell leaders how to run their businesses. It is to help them see what they cannot yet see, expand the choices available to them and develop the person at the centre of the performance.
Every EO engagement is led by a Coaching Room Managing Partner, bringing senior-level coaching and facilitation directly to members and their teams.

The Inner Circle is a monthly leadership partnership for EO Melbourne members who want development to extend beyond the business owner to the leadership team and key people around them.
It brings executive coaching, team coaching and support for key people into one coordinated partnership, so the work being done at the top can translate into how the business operates day to day.
The Inner Circle includes:
Two one-on-one executive coaching sessions with a Managing Partner
One two-hour monthly leadership team coaching session
Up to three 30-minute coaching sessions for key team members
One facilitated EO business mastermind
Identity Compass® assessment at onboarding
NLP Practitioner certification for participating members and their people, subject to dates and capacity
Investment: $3,000 per month + GST. Month to month, with no lock-in.
