Drive Days
● 2 in the next 12 months
Drive day request must come through senior EO representative direct to the marketing team. Dates and vehicles are subject to availability. Maximum 16 members to attend. Mercedes-Benz will provide the cars and cover the costs of the lunch. All drivers must be fully licensed and provide their license at the start of the drive day. They will be subject to our standard loan vehicle agreement which can be reviewed at time of arrival. Offer only valid while agreement with EO Melbourne is in place. V-Class Loans
● EO members have the ability to request the use of a Mercedes-Benz Berwick Waverley Brighton or Mornington V-Class for their retreats.
EO member is able to request the use of the V-Class for retreats. Maximum duration is 4 days over a Friday to Tuesday period. Request must be made through the marketing team and is subject to vehicle availability. We reserves the right to refuse the request if vehicle is unavailable. The person driving the vehicle must collect it from the dealership at the agreed upon time and provide drivers license and return back to the dealership at the agreed upon time. They will be subject to our standard loan vehicle agreement which can be reviewed at time of vehicle pick up. Offer only valid while agreement with EO Melbourne is in place. Forums
● EO members can request to use our boardrooms for forum meetings or th dealership showrooms for lrger scale events after trading hours Monday to Friday.
● Mercedes-Benz Berwick, Brighton, Waverley or Mornington would provide basic refreshments for up to 12 people in the use of boardrooms.
EO member is able to request the use of our boardrooms, which includes use of all available AV equipment. Meetings must take place during business hours. Maximum 1 meeting per month for all EO members. Maximum of 12 people for meeting. We will provide tea, coffee, soft drinks and basic refreshments. Meeting request must be made through the marketing team and is subject to date availability. We reserve the right to refuse the request if boardroom is unavailable. After hours use of the showrooms is available Monday to Friday and a maximum of 3 per year. All refreshments and furniture requirements to be at the EO members cost. Service
● EO members get a discount of 30% when servicing their vehicle at Mercedes-Benz Berwick, Waverley, Brighton or Morington.

EO member’s vehicle must less than 5 years old & have less than 125,000kms. This discount is only applicable on scheduled servicing and not on other repairs or maintenance that falls outside of a scheduled service, including but not limited to, tyres, brakes & wheel alignments. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Premium Express Service is available on all Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car models excluding Smart and AMG vehicles. Time frame is based on standard service and may change if your vehicle requires additional parts or services. Upon inspection of your vehicle, we can advise of your vehicles specific requirements and provide you with a quote for any additional time that may be required. Complimentary pick up & drop off must be scheduled at the time of booking & approved by service advisor. Loan vehicles subject to availability. EO member is eligible for 20% any merchandise & accessory purchase over the value of $250 in 1 transaction. Must be redeemed in store or over the phone, not online. Trade-in
● EO members will be offered a minimum $5,000 more for their trade-in than any other written quote
$5,000 trade-in offer is only valid for vehicles traded-in at Mercedes-Benz Berwick, Brighton, Waverley or Mornington by an EO member when purchasing a new vehicle. Any competing offer must be in the form of a written offer or quote from the relevant Licensed Motor Car Trader or reputable franchised dealership, dated no more than 7 days prior to presentation to Mercedes-Benz Berwick, Brighton, Waverley or Mornington & provided to Mercedes-Benz Berwick, Brighton, Waverley or Mornington at the time of inspection of the vehicle. Said LMCT holder or dealership must be willing to purchase the vehicle at the quoted price. If they do not the quote is void. The vehicle must be in roadworthy condition, registered & must not be a repairable write off vehicle. Central Star Autohaus
● EO members get 1 year warranty complimentary when purchasing through Central Star Autohaus
EO member will receive 1 year Gold Presidian Warranty when they purchase a vehicle from CSA Berwick, Brighton, Waverley or Mornington. Only applicable if the vehicle purchased is sold at the advertised drive away price. Eligibility for the warranty is revoked if a discount is given from the advertised drive away price. Vehicle must be up to 20 years old and have less that 300,000 kms at the time of purchase. EO member must request the warranty before the time pf purchase. Direct Purchase
