Founded by Debra Chantry-Taylor in 2005, Business Action expanded in 2021 when Adam Harris joined as a Certified EOS Implementer® & key partner. Together, Debra & Adam lead the Business Action team & our Trusted Partners, supporting clients across Melbourne, New Zealand, the UK & beyond, both in person & online.

Debra brings infectious energy, curiosity & fun into the session room. She is not afraid to call out the elephant in the room, but she does it with kindness, firmness & a deep commitment to helping people make better decisions for the greater good.
She has worked with over 600 business owners, managed teams of up to 220 people, & experienced both big wins & brutal setbacks in business. That mix gives her a practical, no-nonsense style that business owners relate to quickly.

With 20+ years of experience running his own businesses & 18 years supporting others, Adam helps leadership teams map where they are, where they want to go, & what needs to change to get there.
He is an international speaker, author & Certified EOS Implementer® who brings simplicity, generosity & practical insight to every room he works in.
