In a bold move, EO Melbourne is introducing an exciting new tier to its renowned Key Executive Program, this time exclusively dedicated to the Learning Days.
The EO Melbourne Key Executive Program (KEP) was established with the aim of assisting EO members in implementing growth strategies acquired through EO into their businesses, fostering key management buy-in and participation. This groundbreaking program allows EO members to invite key executives from their companies to participate in EO learning events, EO Accelerator learning events, and join a Key Executive Forum.
By integrating their key executives into the learning journey, EO members can collectively leverage the unique benefits of EO and share them with their key executives. The ultimate mission is to empower and align EO members and their key executives, equipping them with the necessary tools, accountability, community, and support to drive aggressive growth, master business best practices, and become exceptional leaders.
The existing Key Executive Program offers access to 4 Learning Days per year, along with dedicated Forum placement and comprehensive Forum Training.
Building on the immense success of the program, EO Melbourne is thrilled to announce the pilot of a new tier within the KEP – the Learning Days Only option. With an investment of $1,500 + GST, this tier grants access to 4 Learning Days, one per quarter, focusing on Strategy, People, Cash, and Execution.
This new tier presents EO members with an opportunity to provide their key executives with unparalleled professional development, immersing them in the acclaimed Scaling Up curriculum. The program fosters alignment between EO members and their key executives, fostering a shared vision for growth. Additionally, all EO Melbourne members are welcome to attend the Learning Days at no extra cost, and it is strongly recommended that they do so alongside their key executives to maximise the benefits.
The highly anticipated pilot of this new tier offers 20 available spots on a first-come, first-served basis. EO Melbourne Members are encouraged to enrol their 2iCs in the KEP – Learning Days Only tier promptly to secure their place. By doing so, they will gain access to the upcoming Accelerator/Key Executive Learning Day, centred around the crucial topic of Cash, taking place on Tuesday, 8 August 2023.
