Members are invited to nominate deserving individuals using the designated nomination form. These nominations should be accompanied by specific examples that showcase how the nominees exemplify EO's values in their actions and interactions.
The nomination process is an ongoing endeavour, spanning throughout the year. Every month, the chapter announces the nominees, shining a spotlight on those who embody EO's values in exceptional ways. As a testament to the collective spirit of EO, nominating a fellow Forum colleague is rewarded with 10 points, while honouring a member from a different Forum is rewarded with an extraordinary 20 points. Through these celebrated nominations, each exceptional member has the potential to accrue up to 40 points per month.
