Offerings
As EO Melbourne’s exclusive Strategic Alliance Partner, the following benefits will be provided to EO Melbourne and its members and associate members including Accelerators, Key Executives and SLP Forum members:
1. EO Management meeting room use
10 hours per month complimentary, during business hours, booked at Central House South Melbourne (CHSM Boardroom).
2. EO Member/EO Accelerator/Key Executive Program (KEP) Forum/Accountability Meetings
The Commons will provide up to 10 complimentary forum meetings per month (up to a total of 120 meetings per calendar year), each up to 4 hours in duration and held during business hours. Unused meetings may be rolled over into subsequent months within the agreement period. Additional forum meetings beyond this allocation can be booked by EO Melbourne at member rates, subject to availability.
Terms & Conditions of Use
All complimentary forum meetings and management meetings included in this partnership must be held within standard business hours of 8:30 am to 5:3 0pm, Monday to Friday. Meetings must conclude by 5:30 pm unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Commons.
Use of meeting rooms is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. No guarantee is made that bookings will be available at all times.
Meeting room usage shall be limited to up to 10 PAX room, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Forum meetings per month may not exceed 16 in any month (including 6 rollover meetings and 10 regular monthly meetings)
